Refund Policy

The short version

If a skill doesn't work for what you need, email support@skilltree.network within 30 days and we'll either fix the skill or refund you. No questions, no forms.

Individual skills (one-time purchase)

30-day refund window from purchase. We'd rather fix the skill than refund — most issues are an ambiguous instruction or a missing edge case we can patch in an hour.

Bundles

Same 30 days. We'll refund the bundle if it's clearly a bad fit.

All-Access subscription

Cancel anytime from your account page. You keep any skills you installed during your active subscription. We don't pro-rate the current month, but you won't be charged again.

How to request

Email support@skilltree.network with your order number or license key (starts with sktr_) and a sentence about what went sideways. We'll respond within 24 hours.
